Contact the Makedawiedman Team

We read every message that arrives at Makedawiedman. Whether you have spotted an error, want to suggest a destination, or are interested in working with us, the details below explain the best way to reach the right person and what to expect in return.

How to reach us

Email is the best route for detailed messages. Write to [email protected] with a short subject line and enough detail for us to act. If your note concerns a specific article, include the page name so we can find it without searching. We do not take phone calls, because the team works across several time zones.

WhatsApp

For a quick question, message us on WhatsApp at +62 851-1160-5110. Text is best for short queries about prices, rooms or a guide you are reading. Leave a clear message with the page name if it is about an article, and we will reply as soon as the desk is open.

Editorial corrections

If a price, opening time or facility detail has changed, let us know and include a link to a source if you have one. We check corrections against the property's own information before editing, and we update the article rather than leaving a note. Accuracy matters more to us than the original wording.

Partnerships and advertising

We accept display advertising and clearly labelled sponsored placements that fit our categories. We do not sell reviews, rankings or positive coverage. If you would like to discuss a partnership, describe what you propose and how it would help readers, not just how it would promote a brand.

Response times

We aim to reply to genuine messages within three working days. Corrections that affect safety or money are prioritised. If you have not heard back after a week, send a follow-up; messages occasionally land in the wrong folder. Our handling of any personal data you send is described in our privacy policy, and the rules for using this site are in our terms of service.
