For instance, if you want your life (and your bank account) to reflect your values then consider shopping small and local as much as possible. You’ll find many products from local shops are cheaper than their chain store counterparts because there aren’t any middlemen taking commission on each sale; plus, supporting local businesses means helping them thrive! Locally sourced foods are also better for the environment since they don’t require transportation across state lines or overseas travel before reaching supermarket shelves nationwide–and eating seasonally provides added benefits like saving money on produce during off-season months when prices go up due supply shortages caused by weather conditions like drought or frost damage.*
